Ethnicity Hair Collection was founded by Licensed Cosmetologist Deanna Lynette Covington a native of Charlotte, NC.  Deanna Lynette studied Cosmetology in the city of Los Angeles, CA where she began her career as a hair stylist before returning to her hometown of Charlotte, NC. Deanna Lynette was born with the gene of hair styling from her Great-Grandmother and GrandFather being hair stylist for many decades in the beauty industry. Throughout her career as a hair stylist Deanna Lynette has always long for having her own hair extensions line. Since the young age of 15, she has always worn and had a deep love for hair extensions. A true passion. With one day having the hopes of having her own hair extension company Deanna Lynette worked hard at making her Dream come true of doing just that. Having a strong faith in God, working hard, staying driven, determined to make her dreams come true… In 2018 Ethnicity Hair Collection was officially launched.
